The Knox B is a 1193sqft. cottage that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The classic front porch of the house opens into a large living room, great for entertaining guests, on the right side of the house. To the left of the front door is the dining room which shares a specious common area with the kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, a tiled backsplash, granite countertops and custom-designed wooden cabinets. To the rear left side of the house, the carpeted master bedroom can be found with a large full bathroom and walk-in closet attached. Across the hall is the second bedroom which is also carpeted and has a closet attached. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the second bedroom and kitchen and is across from the laundry room. Both bathrooms have tiled floors, granite countertops and fiberglass tubs/showers. The outdoor living area which is attached to the left side of the house can be accessed through the kitchen and is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
